Are nursing homes good or bad?

Nursing homes can give services in the best way possible if they have enough employees to do the tasks, and this will only happen if nurses are assisted by other nurses and are all working in a group. Whenever a business -especially a nursing home- lacks employees, the duties are avoided, accepted treatment declines, and responsibilities are forgotten. The reason is the employees try to carry out more important tasks. After a time, it causes permanent deficiency in providing essential needs, so maltreatment is formed.
Continuous shortage of employees in a nursing home creates a tense and unfriendly environment. The employees become dissatisfied and angry as they feel incapable of doing their jobs.
Lack of employees is terrible in nursing home branches.
“Many bad results are because of shortage of employees or unskilled employees. It’s a global concern.” Toby Elderman, the attorney of the Supreme Court, said in an interview in 2018 for Medicare in Washington with Hartford Courant.
A small number of caregivers to nursing homes means that the employees will face fundamental problems. Other employees might hurt the residence by using physical or verbal violence.
In late 2018, the CMS said that it should be calculated carefully to avoid short-staffed nursing homes, and by considering the workers’ pays and taxes, we can understand which nursing homes lack employees. How this procedure will happen is not clear.
