Are there any hairstyles for men who are bald or going bald?
Answers
The first rule is to keep your hair short. Short hair minimizes the appearance of balding and also gives your hair some lift. It also depends on your hair texture. I suggest real short on top with curly hair, probably a 2 or 1.5 on the sides; you can get a bald/skin fade, but if that’s not your style, you can fade it into the top.
For straight hair, you can either go for a faux hawk or a comb-over where you flip the front up and to the side. As for the sides, you can do the same as I suggested for curly hair.
Opt for a simple buzzcut, high and tight, or crew cut if you want low maintenance. If your balding is more of a receding hairline, but you’ve still got length and volume, there are more options like short-medium length hair with some messy styling that hides a thinning crown and receding hairline.
Don’t worry if you’re going bald. Some perfect hairstyles suit you very well. The Buzz Cut is a suitable hairstyle if your hair starts to thin around the hairline and the crown. The good thing is that all attention will be on your face itself with this hairstyle. The Crew Cut is the other most popular hairstyle for those going bald at a younger age. It’s similar to the buzz cut in that it draws the attention back to your face, but with a tiny difference; you need to have more hair length up top for a crew cut.
