Can you share some hacks and tips for better sleep?
There’s a meditation that I’ve been doing for years, and it works perfectly. Before sleep, I set myself in the most comfortable position, no matter sitting or lying down. After three deep breaths, I close my eyes and go back to breathing normally. I imagine myself in my happiest place for quite a while, and then I think about all my dearest ones in their most joyful place.
At last, I open my eyes, drink a glass of not-so-cold water, and go to bed. This helps me throw all the negative thoughts away, and my ending to the day would be positive thoughts for everyone. It’s peaceful.
