Do you have an unusual hobby that others find unique?
I solve Sudoku puzzles of different levels. Not only is it uncommon, but it’s also useless. But the point is, I love doing it; sometimes, I sit doing Sudoku for several hours and solve them.
Some say that it is helpful for memory and brain function, especially reasoning power, mathematical intelligence, and speed function of the brain. I haven’t observed any noticeable effects on my brain because of these puzzles. In fact, I feel I’m fast, and I do it better than others because I’m proficient at reasoning, and also it’s a matter of practice as the saying states: practice makes perfect!.
