There are apps like Lumosity and Elevate that people worldwide use to improve their brains. If you look at these games through a scientific lens, their benefits aren’t as transparent as they seem. According to some studies, people who play brain-training games improve their “executive functions, working memory, and processing speed,” according to some studies.
