The fact is that the amount of artificial sugar and other harmful chemicals are more controlled in diet cokes than regular ones. So it would be reasonable to replace sugar-sweetened drinks with diet cokes. Despite the controlled amounts of artificial sugar and zero calories, we still can’t consider diet cokes as healthy drinks because they lack nutrition.
You need to be more cautious about the amounts of diet cokes you daily drink if you have diabetes or suffering from heart or kidney issues. Various researches show that consuming too many diet cokes may be associated with kidney disease developments and brain tumors. The caffeine in the diet coke ingredients may cause obsession and feel bad-tempered in case of not drinking.
By the way, drinking the standard and controlled amounts would hurt nobody. It’s recommended to set a daily limit. Try not to drink more than two cans each day. in case of any specific health conditions, consult with your physician about the safe amount of diet coke.

As little as possible! Do you need to drink diet coke? Is it because of the added vitamins? Are you overweight, or do you just like drinking coke? There are far better alternatives if it’s for the added vitamins. If you are overweight, diet coke will not help you lose weight; it has no added sugar, unlike regular drinks.
So at best, diet coke will not cause weight gain. If you like drinking coke and are worried about your health and looking for alternatives, diet coke is not healthy. Instead, try drinking ice tea, coffee, or juice, if you do not have diabetes. This soft drink has no added sugar, but other chemicals and artificial sweeteners can be as harmful as sugar.

Despite the belief that Diet Coke can help control weight, it’s full of unnatural sweeteners. Sweeteners are more harmful than good. Though coke might be your senior’s favourite drink, experts suggest removing it from their diet. Eliminating soda from their diet will keep them healthy.

It’s generally safe to drink one or two cans a day. Drinking a reasonable amount of diet coke a day, such as a can or two, isn’t likely to hurt you. Current diet coke ingredients, including artificial sweeteners and other chemicals, usually are safe for most people, and there’s no credible evidence that they cause cancer.
Many diet sodas even come enriched with vitamins and minerals. But you should bear in mind that diet soda is not a weight loss or a health drink. Even though it may lower calories compared to regular soda, there is still no clear evidence showing it will effectively prevent obesity and related problems in the long run.
