What is the treatment for sleep paralysis?
Despite the fact that sleep paralysis is a fairly common condition that does not cause physical harm, it can be scary. Stress management, getting enough sleep on a fixed schedule, and practicing good sleep habits can help prevent sleep paralysis. But if you are looking for a specific treatment, I’m afraid I don’t know of any, if any exists. Consistent bedtimes and wake-up times are another way to promote good sleep hygiene, even on holidays and weekends.
