What old fashion trend do you wish you could bring back?
Answers
I know! It is likely that we all missed so many fashion items from the 70s, 80s, and 90s that we can barely recognize today. However, some of the most adorable fashion trends from decades ago have come back strongly and become new trends again, like cat-eye sunglasses! Some items still don’t make the legendary comeback they deserve. The following items are old fashion trends that need to be revived.
• Miniskirts
If I can only name just one dressing item which suits every body type and is easiest to match with any tops and blouses, it would be miniskirts. It feels very chic and feminine, and you can wear it with any high heels. You can always shine in miniskirts, and yes! We want them back!
• Overalls
I believe that overalls should last forever, seriously! Are any other clothes as comfortable, cute, and functional as overalls? We can wear them every season. in winter we can wear a sweater and boots, as well as crop tops and sandals in the hot seasons.
• Pearls
Most of the jewelry is flashy and too luxurious. The pearls are classy, chic, not too much, and they work with both formal and informal styles.
• Brooches
Brooches can always add some marvelous flavor to your style, but why aren’t they as popular as they were in the old days?! Clearly, the era of those heavy golden Victorian brooches that our grandmas used to have is over! Today’s brooches are more fashionable and less fancy.
I liked some of the women’s suits without the football-sized shoulder pads in the late 1980s. I love a good pair of plain old 100 percent cotton button-up flap or zip low-waisted flared leg jeans.
Probably more in the early 1980s, late 1970s, and mid-1990s. I thought they were more flattering, and I’d like to have more choices in jeans.
