These things may also happen to you if you skip some steps in hiring a private caregiver. Some of them also accuse the elderly of requesting sexual relationships!
Keep in mind that you have to check for the historical background of the private caregiver. Moreover, when hiring a private caregiver, you are the one who has to know about the regular and standard wages and taxes laws.

On the other hand, agencies facilitate the procedure. They check all the basic required information. There’s no need to check the caregiver’s historical background, and you don’t have to struggle with taxes and wages laws. The agencies are responsible for drug testing. You can also ask for additional support in case of robbery, false accusation, or abuse.
