You have dreams about being a grandparent, surrounded by loving grandchildren, but your children don’t want children of their own. What would you do if being a grandparent was all you ever wanted to be?
I sincerely can relate to your feelings but don’t expect others to live your goal, especially if your goals are unreasonable. You don’t live your entire life with the expectation of forcing someone else to have children! However, if that feeling you crave so much as a parent bothers you, I’d suggest you volunteer in a nearby school. You can also work in childcare or sign up as Foster Grandparents. Accept, however, that your children have the freedom to live their lives as they see fit. Maybe someday in the future, they see things as you see today, but until that day, you should wait patiently. There’s no obligation to them.
