But if you mean not heating anything, I recommend raw veganism. All you need to do is just mix some ingredients. The leading food would be salad, of course, and nuts, seeds, and fruits in between. It’s a super healthy diet, and there’s no need to cook. Also, vegan restaurants can provide nutritious food.
