Does ageism exist in Ph.D. programs? If so, how does it show itself?
Although ageism exists in every aspect of our daily life, I’ve never seen educational ageism. Instead, people respect older instructors and students in universities and everyday life. It’s also a common belief that senior instructors are more knowledgeable than younger ones.
