If you don’t get enough sleep, your brain will go through some changes. Parts of these changes are linked with Alzheimer’s disease. Suppose indirect factors like drug use or depression are not the cause of your sleep deprivation. In that case, primary insomnia is proven to raise the risks of dementia, especially if you are below 40.
