What kind of opponent do you prefer to play with as a Scrabble player?

I personally like to play with those who have a couple of characteristics; one of them is being serious. Serious scrabble players are always searching for that 50-point bingo bump. They also know how to stick to short Scrabble words.
A reliable maximum is five letters. And when they see the makings of a big word, they try to be patient. Strong opponents I like know how to fight wasting time on significant terms. Any points for you are better than any points for your opponent.
Another skill is double upping. Serious scrabble players are aware that every bonus counts if you play a word that hits a triple letter score and a double word score; the letter triples, then the word doubles.
Stack bonuses like that count for massive damage. Those opportunities don’t come often, but they decide on games when they do. Another feature my favorite players have is playing defensively and having a strategy for that. When I play with such an opponent who knows well how to play, they make it more challenging to win. And that’s precisely what I find most enjoyable.
Well, I can tell you which type of players we don’t like: We don’t appreciate the loudmouthed, arrogant, deceitful kind who plays psychological tricks to scare opponents and complains loudly about losses and poor luck, which are, of course, a part of the game. Fortunately, at the highest levels, most players are not like that and are there for the love of the game. They are decent, down-to-earth people who happen to have this one unique feature.
I play Scrabble Go from time to time. But I never know if I’m interacting with a real player or a bot. I miss the days when I could play with my coworkers. Two of them were professional players with official scrabble ratings. Right now, I’m looking for a reliable website to play scrabble online. It doesn’t really matter if they are beginners who play for fun or professionals. I want to know that I’m playing with a real player!
First of all, someone who doesn’t cheat. I’ll never play with cheaters. And I don’t know if you feel the same but cheating is probably double annoying since it’s a game that relies on knowledge and memory. And I like playing with someone who can actually take losing it.
A sore loser can easily take all the joy out of my victory. Most importantly, someone who does not insist on the existence of a word that doesn’t have a meaning in the dictionary. Basically, play by the rules, and I’ll enjoy competing with you.
