How should you care for a senior with Alzheimer’s?

While it’s necessary to care about the needs of the person you’re caring for, you should also consider your own welfare. There is no need to do all the work on your own. Excessive work can stress you out and imperil your health. Several support services can help you if you want to keep caregiving at home. Respite services for in-home caregiving, a visiting nurse, or a home-care worker can be of help. It’s also possible to hire someone for daily errands like home maintenance, housework, and clothes-washing.
