It all makes sense because exposure to music is relaxing, which means better sleep and an improved immune system. But the interesting fact is that every genre of music has its benefits. Listening to rock music, for instance, makes exercising more enjoyable.
On the other hand, classical music can boost creativity, and some classical is excellent for relaxing, making them suitable bedtime music. Listening to jazz can improve focus and energy level along with other benefits.
