Which Scrabble tiles have the highest value?
As you may know, scrabble is the game of letters and numbers. Each letter has a specific score that shows its value. To reach the higher bonus, you need to spell out the words that contain the more valuable letters. The scores range is from zero up to ten which is the highest value. The scores are not the same for all letters, as the distribution of the tiles is not.
Here is the list of the letters, their values, and the number of their tiles in the scrabble game.
The following letters contain 1 point:
E (12 tiles), A (9 tiles), I (9 tiles), O (8 tiles), N (6 tiles), R (6 tiles), T (6 tiles), L (4 tiles), S (4 tiles), U (4 tiles).
The following letters contain 2 points:
D (4 tiles), G (3 tiles).
The following letters contain 3 points:
B (2 tiles), C (2 tiles), M (2 tiles), P (2 tiles).
The following letters contain 4 points:
F (2 tiles), H (2 tiles), V (2 tiles), W (2 tiles), Y (2 tiles).
The following letter contains 5 points:
K (1 tile).
The following letter contains 8 points:
