I never cared about my immune system before covid. Now it feels like it is the most important thing we have. this list was impressive. But because of my blood pressure, I’ve avoided spices for over 20 years now; I just thought they were unnecessary. From this list, which of the spices are suitable for blood pressure, or at least not harmful?

Unlike your opinion, lots of spices help to reduce high blood pressure. In general, the inflammatory effects of spices have a positive relation to reducing high blood pressure. For, e.g. in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, and Cayenne pepper contain active compounds that cause lower blood pressure.

I really believe it is fascinating how you can write long articles about the benefits of saffron and still wouldn’t be able to cover all of its benefits. It is good for absolutely anything. I’ve never read one thing about this spice.

Hello, thanks for your useful articles. My wife and I always read your perfect articles. I have one suggestion for you: could you please publish an article for teaching spicy foods? Specially Thai foods! Because I love them, but I can’t cook them! So if it’s possible to put the relevant articles for seniors.

Thyme has so many health benefits! My recommendation is to grab some probiotic yogurt and season it with some thyme and mint. Of course, you can always count on a hot cup of brewed thyme to comfort your respiratory tract.

Turmeric is an excellent choice for a healthy meal. Sometimes I make dinner for my grandparents and add some turmeric to it because turmeric is full of antioxidants, and it’s also great for getting rid of toxins from their bodies. It’s more beneficial with pepper. You can make chicken and rice with turmeric for your grandparents.

Informative article! I once remember that I was nearly crippled by pain in my knee joints and could hardly take a step or even stand on my feet. One of my friends, a nutritionist, advised me to drink a teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of warm water or milk daily. I did this for a week along with some mild exercises for the knee joint from the Net. They worked, and after about ten days, I felt much better. So don’t underestimate the effect of herbs.
