I really like Saffron tea. It makes me so happy and energetic. Whenever I feel depressed or fatigue, I drink saffron tea. But they say it is not good for women who are pregnant. Do you have any information about this? or is it a rumour?

Hi. I have read that having it frequently and in large amounts may increase the chances of having a miscarriage. But I really don’t think having saffron tea in small amounts would do any harm to pregnant women.

I have been drinking green tea for the last four years now, and I think it is the healthiest drink on the planet. It is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients.
I drink green tea in the morning, around 10 to 11 or early at night.
Drinking four to five cups of it per day seems optimal to reap the most health benefits. Coffee has its benefits, but tea wins in the war of antioxidants.
Always try to buy a higher quality brand of green tea since some of the lower quality brands can include excessive levels of fluoride.

I am no expert on this, but I am quite fond of green Tea and here is why:
First, you drink it, and you aren’t thirsty anymore.
The other bit is, it’s much better for you than sugary drinks; it tastes a damn sight better than coffee.
Green Tea is much more healthier than regular Masala Tea, provided it does not have Caffeine. All the Green tea packets have this written on their covers – “Caffeine Free” if they are such.
It is best to drink it without adding any sugar and only honey….
